When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” - John 11:4 NKJV

We prayed. We cried out. We worshipped. We believed. We raised our voices, and we stood on the Word of God. So what do we do when it looks like everything is going in the opposite direction of what we were believing for? What do we make of the current situations our world is facing?

I can tell you one thing: never lose hope! God is not taken by surprise by anything our world is facing, and the finished work of the Cross of Jesus Christ still carries our victory, forever and ever, amen! Just as Pharaoh was a vessel for God’s glory, God can use any and every situation we will ever face to reveal His glory here on Earth. Colossians 1:16 says, For by Him all things were created that are in Heaven and that are on Earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. You see, there is nothing in all of creation that will not serve His purpose!

Rejoice, people of God! All things work together for the glory of God, and to reveal His great purpose. As Romans 8:18 states, For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
